Alliance Services Group (ASG) is essentially your on call “Safety Guy”. We are here to assist you in all areas related to worker Health and Safety as well as the Risks associated with operating a business. It all usually begins with a telephone call and the caller asking us, with a degree of uncertainty, if we can help them with a particular problem. In many cases, the caller may not know what they need or even what their specific problem is.
ASG will lead them through a series of questions, and, in some cases visit their facility to discuss the matter in greater detail before we can definitively advise them of the correct steps to take to solve the problem.
Compliance with OSHA should never be the reason for implementing safety and health policies or programs, implementation of these is an intricate part of the cornerstone of all businesses. Implementing programs that meet the compliance requirements are essential in today’s market place. Many companies have developed and spent thousands of dollars on programs that are so compliant, and with language as stated in the regulations, that it does not describe the actual program and is so cumbersome that compliance becomes impossible.
That is where ASG comes in. Safety and Health Programs should be similar to the directions you would find in a VCR box. Easy to follow, step by step, instructions that every employee can fully understand and easily comply with. Every employee should know their individual role or the part they play in the program.
